In the Cambridge City Council elections on 7 May 2015, Labour retained its healthy majority. So Labour’s Lewis Herbert, Leader of the City Council, and his team of Labour councillors will continue the work they embarked upon in May 2014 to make Cambridge a more equal city.

The city council now consists of 24 Labour, 14 Liberal Democrat, 2 Independent, 1 Green and 1 Conservative councillors.
